This is Marketing by Seth Godin

If you saw my recommendation for π‘‡β„Žπ‘–π‘  𝑖𝑠 π‘€π‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘˜π‘’π‘‘π‘–π‘›π‘” by Seth Godin, and thought, “there is no way I have time to read another book,” don’t worry. I have your back.

9: Confrontational, in-your-face marketing days are over. You can’t buy attention; you have to earn it. How? Through empathy and service.

8: Mass marketing is causing overwhelm, suspicion, and exhaustion. Show you care, and you will be ahead of the competition.

Finally…

1: Get serious with your marketing plan. What change are you looking to make? How will you make the world better?
